		Repair Policy - Contact via email with a detailed description of the item(s) in question, how much of the materials were retained, and your contact information.  (Images are also welcome.)  If you are not local to the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex, you will be provided with a mailing address for shipment of your jewelry.  An estimate for repair, and/or following direct examination, a final quote, to include a small labor fee plus the cost of any materials, will be given.  All efforts to restore your piece to its original design will be made.  If for any reason a piece is determined by the designer to have failed due to workmanship, repair will be done at no cost to you.  Please note:  An image and name of most pieces can be found here on the website under "Siren's Symbols" in one of the collections. Alterations - If you are interested in an item(s), or conclude after purchasing that you desire an alteration such as lengthening or shortening a necklace, please contact via email.

		Jewelry Care -  Because the majority of these one-of-a-kind pieces are made of glass materials, taking care to observe a few tips can reduce the likelihood of breakage or damage.   When putting on your jewelry, do so over a rug, carpet or countertop and avoid hard surfaces such as tile, wood, or concrete floors.   Most items can be washed with water or rubbed with a non-chemical treated cloth.   Some pewter or sterling components can be cleaned with toothpaste on a soft brush or cloth, then rinsed with water. Warning - As a safety precaution, keep out of reach of children under 3 years old as some stringing materials can be bitten through and beads can become a choking hazard.
